Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
(In person at Serenity Birth Studio in Barrie, Ontario or virtually across Ontario)
Pelvic floor physiotherapy helps with bladder leakage, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, prolapse symptoms, and persistent low back or hip pain. These symptoms are common — but they are not something you have to live with.
I specialize in women’s pelvic health and support clients through all phases of life — from fertility and preconception, to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond. Treatment is individualized and focused on how your pelvic floor works with your core, breathing, strength, movement patterns, and daily demands.
Care goes beyond kegels and quick fixes. You’ll receive clear guidance, targeted exercise, and education so you understand your symptoms and know how to move, exercise, and live with confidence again.
Not in Barrie? I also offer virtual pelvic floor physiotherapy across Ontario. Virtual care is a highly effective, evidence-based, and less invasive option for many pelvic health concerns — giving you expert guidance, practical strategies, and a plan you can apply in real life.

Orthopedic Physiotherapy
In person at Serenity Birth Studio in Barrie, Ontario or virtually across Ontario
Orthopedic physiotherapy helps you recover from muscle, joint, tendon, and nerve pain so you can move, train, and live with confidence. Whether your symptoms began after an injury, pregnancy, surgery, or a change in training or life demands, treatment is individualized and goal-focused.
My approach is movement-based, assessment-driven, and rooted in strength, load management, and education. I look beyond the painful area to understand how movement patterns, capacity, recovery, stress, and the nervous system are contributing to your symptoms. Sessions are active and progressive, with hands-on treatment used strategically to support—not replace—exercise and long-term change.
