Strong Foundations
Postpartum Rehab for Your Core, Pelvic Floor & Wellbeing
Strong Foundations is a 6-week, small-group rehab program for moms starting as early as 6 weeks postpartum. Led by a pelvic health physiotherapist, this program helps you safely restore function, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body, both physically and mentally after birth.
This is NOT a bounce-back plan or just another mommy & me fitness class. This is real rehab and support designed for your postpartum body.
Perfect for You If:
You’re at least 6 weeks postpartum
You’re experiencing leakage, heaviness, pain, or weakness
You’re ready to reconnect with your body, gently and intentionally
You want expert rehab guidance and real emotional support
You want to feel strong, grounded, and capable in motherhood
You want to focus on how you feel not how you look
You want to prioritize your own recovery
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
(In person at Serenity Birth Studio in Barrie, Ontario or virtually across Ontario)
Pelvic floor physiotherapy helps with bladder leakage, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, prolapse symptoms, and persistent low back or hip pain. These symptoms are common — but they are not something you have to live with.
I specialize in women’s pelvic health and support clients through all phases of life — from fertility and preconception, to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond. Treatment is individualized and focused on how your pelvic floor works with your core, breathing, strength, movement patterns, and daily demands.
Care goes beyond kegels and quick fixes. You’ll receive clear guidance, targeted exercise, and education so you understand your symptoms and know how to move, exercise, and live with confidence again.
Not in Barrie? I also offer virtual pelvic floor physiotherapy across Ontario. Virtual care is a highly effective, evidence-based, and less invasive option for many pelvic health concerns — giving you expert guidance, practical strategies, and a plan you can apply in real life.

Orthopedic Physiotherapy
In person at Serenity Birth Studio in Barrie, Ontario or virtually across Ontario
Orthopedic physiotherapy helps you recover from muscle, joint, tendon, and nerve pain so you can move, train, and live with confidence. Whether your symptoms began after an injury, pregnancy, surgery, or a change in training or life demands, treatment is individualized and goal-focused.
My approach is movement-based, assessment-driven, and rooted in strength, load management, and education. I look beyond the painful area to understand how movement patterns, capacity, recovery, stress, and the nervous system are contributing to your symptoms. Sessions are active and progressive, with hands-on treatment used strategically to support—not replace—exercise and long-term change.
I Commonly Treat
Back and neck pain
Shoulder, hip, knee, and foot pain
Tendon injuries
Exercise- and sport-related injuries
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Persistent or recurring pain
The goal isn’t just pain relief — it’s building resilience, confidence, and trust in your body so you can return to the activities that matter most.
Postpartum Fitness & Return-to-Exercise Coaching
Postpartum fitness coaching is for women who want to return to lifting, running, CrossFit, or structured exercise after having a baby — safely, confidently, and without guessing.
At six weeks postpartum you’re often told you’re “cleared,” but that doesn’t mean you’re ready to jump back into high-impact or heavy training. Many women feel unsure, frustrated, or stuck between rehab and real exercise.
This service bridges that gap.
Using my background as a women’s health physiotherapist and my own experience returning to CrossFit and running after pregnancy, I help you rebuild strength, capacity, and confidence — with a plan that actually makes sense for your postpartum body.
This Is For You If:
You’ve completed early postpartum rehab but don’t know what’s next
You want to return to running, lifting, or sport
You feel weak, disconnected, or cautious in your body
You want guidance that goes beyond generic postpartum workouts
Coaching includes individualized programming, education, and ongoing support, so you know how to progress without fear of leaking, pain, or setbacks.
Book Postpartum Fitness Coaching to rebuild strength and return to exercise with confidence.
