Strong Foundations
Postpartum Rehab for Your Core, Pelvic Floor & Wellbeing
Strong Foundations is a 6-week, small-group rehab program for moms starting as early as 4 weeks postpartum. Led by a pelvic health physiotherapist, this program helps you safely restore function, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body, both physically and mentally after birth.
This is NOT a bounce-back plan or just another mommy & me fitness class.This is real rehab and support designed for your postpartum body.
Perfect for You If:
You’re at least 4 weeks up to 6 months postpartum
You’re experiencing leakage, heaviness, pain, or weakness
You’re ready to reconnect with your body, gently and intentionally
