Hi, I’m Kyla! It’s nice to meet you.

My name is Kyla Hotham and I am a Pelvic Health physiotherapist and Postpartum Fitness coach. I am a mom of two, an entrepreneur and I am riding this wild rollercoaster of life WITH you.

I have had my own pelvic health concerns and I can relate 1000% to the struggles you face. That is exactly why I dove head first into women’s health with a mission to impact the lives of us as many women as possible.

There is a HUGE gap in the care and education women receive about their health. I believe we are all entitled to a life we love and life should be more about thriving than surviving.

I have a special interest in working with high achieving, fiercely independent women who have a desire to learn about their body and their health. I believe health is about more than absence of disease and true health includes mind, body and soul.

I am passionate about all things exercise. From CrossFit, to yoga, to running, and everything in between. I believe movement is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle and love to help people return to activities they love.

I take a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on the whole person not just the injury. I value honest and open communication and believe education is a powerful tool to help inspire change.

This means focusing on individualized treatment plans which emphasize education and exercises that match your goals and lifestyle.

My mission is to help motivate and empower you to be an active participant in your health journey.
